4 DAY SILENT RETREAT – A SPACE FOR GRACE
Facilitated by myself and Octavia Kenny (Cranio Sacral Therapist) who is also a tutor at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy, London, includes silence, gentle daily morning yoga, silent group sittings and a cleanse (Protein Smoothie, two juices and soup/salad). Treatments are offered during the retreat at an additional cost of £60 per hour, please see therapies. You will also have your own free time to spend in nature which is encouraged
